Madison Park apartments on 1940 w 96th St in cleveland ohio is a DUMP!!! THE PARKING LOT ISN'T FENCED IN, AND RATS, AND ROACHES ARE THE TENNANTS. BUT IF YOU USE AND BUY DRUGS, YOU WILL LOVE IT THERE
This is the worst place I've ever encountered!!! Every bug that crawls, or flies, I've seen!! AND Rats and Mice!!! The lights blinks off and on and if you use the stove and oven, the smoke detector, goes off, the parking lot has at least 10 potholes,. Lastly the so-called property manager anit WORTH 2 DEAD FLIES SMASHED!! AND SHE AND THE SO-CALLED EX PROPERTY MANAGER ARE SCAMMERS, IF YOU HAVE A VOUCHER and you live in the lower part you don't have a balcony you ARE GOING TO be charged $35 more than the others w/o a ba... read more
