The manager Rita is great! she really keeps the place in good condition, her and Thomas the Maintenance man quickly respond to repair needs and are very friendly people to talk too. Overall, the apartments are always kept to look nice and run well. Thomas keeps himself busy always painting picking up trash or putting something new. Rita always notifies with ample time if the water or something will need to be off and it’s quickly repaired and back on. Madison park is family friendly and just a great place to live!
I’ve really enjoy living at this apartment complex, and a big part of that is thanks to the amazing manager Rita. She is incredibly compassionate, understanding, and always willing to go the extra mile to help residents. Lived here a few years ago and I would say it was one of the worst experiences dealing with the manager. I really hope Rita is not working there
Great place to live Rita the manager does a great job with all tenants needs
My family and I have been here for over a year now and we really enjoy living here. It’s nice and clean as well as dog friendly which was is a big plus knowing that a lot of apartments around here aren’t pet friendly. We have a nice little patio connected to our apartment and also a laundry area in the patio area. You can have a nice pool day with the family since there’s a pool and spa with outdoor grills close by.
