We have been here for about 2 1/2 years and it has been fantastic. It is subsidized housing so there are alot of rules but Hedi, the manager is amazing to work with. If you have any questions she is very nice and prompt to respond. On top of that maintenance is done very quickly, either the same day or next. And the maintenance guy knows what he is doing. Would highly recommend living here. As long as you follow the lease you will have no problems.

Management was decent before the change. Current manager is pleasant in person, but seems to be too micro-managing with anything else, probably for fear of the owners thinking she is doing something wrong as manager, but instead it's just giving the place a bad experience overall. Edit toward reply: I didn't leave my real name because I don't trust you with it in the long run. Your grounds keeper left a 5 star review and doesn't live there. So while I may not have left a real name, it's equally hard to trust a 5 star review.

We have been in Madison Park apartments for over 3 years and that already tells you that we are pretty content with this place. We haven't received any house violations and we are always asking questions before we take a decision as we are aware of the many many rules the Tomlinson's Association has. Heidi has been very understanding of our family needs and has given us the help we have requested. Management here makes me wanna give this place negative stars. They're rude, inconsiderate, and unreasonable. You just might be better off living in your car.
