Overall, good apartments. Pros: In unit washer dryer, fast repairs (usually within 1 week), no bugs, mice or other infestations, good neighbors (quiet), greenery and trees, convenient location (I25, gym, grocery stores all close), timely maintenance (roofs, paint, amenities) Cons: crime (3 vehicle breakins in 5 years), pricey (1700 for studio), visible homelessness in surrounding areas.
I am leaving this review for my daughter. She called last week and talked to Cheri. She promised my daughter she was gonna call her back at the end of the day. weeks went by and she has not called her, she says she was gonna talk to her manager about her Deposit for an apartment. My daughter calls and calls nobody responds. They don't even answer her call very disrespectful and rude. And she also promised my daughter she was gonna give her her deposit back.. The staff here is very dishonest.I was gonna get an apartment, and I decided not to get one. I had put down a $400 deposit, and I was promised by cheri. That I would get the money back if things didn't go as planned. I've been trying to call no. Response emails, no response. So I decided to go in there. We really enjoy living at Madison Park. The maintenance crew is the best, and we are fortunate to have them looking after us. The office staff is helpful and courteous. The grounds are well-kept, with nice paths for walking our dog. Our apartment is pretty, and the kitchen is spacious with lots of counter space.
