I was in an out much quicker than I expected. The staff was extremely courteous and Doctor Paul was great.
I have been quite satisfied with my visits to Madison Family Dentistry. Dr. McIntosh and her staff are quite friendly and appointments have always been prompt with little waiting. I recently received a crown. Dr. McIntosh provided a thorough explanation of my options and seemed quite diligent her work, ensuring a good and proper fit. As a result, I could not be happier with the results!
Excellent staff, professional across the board. The atmosphere is very pleasant, customer now for 10 years or more.
The staff took care of me when I arrived. They were in a good mood and explained what they were going to do before each step. I feel I spent the right amount of time there...neither rushed, nor having to wait long periods of time with nothing happening. The office is clean and bright. I have confidence in their ability to handle all my dental needs.

The wait was only 3 minutes, I was quickly in and out. A good experience as always.
Had an unexpectedly long visit, when a large filling turned into a crown. Dr. Emily left me with choices at several important junctures and even had someone call my husband so he didn't worry. This is a top of the line, caring, expert dental office. All personnel are warm, caring and efficient. They do whatever they can to make your visit a success in all ways.
My experience has always been wonderful and I would recommend the office to anyone. The Drs. are gentle and caring and the rest of the staff is friendly and helpful.
Excellent service from the time you enter the door until you leave. Very professional and friendly.
