I am currently an active duty in the US Army. I received orders to Fort Drum early of 2018. I flew down to Watertown in June to check out the area and to find a place to live. I looked all over Fort Drum with the housing office, around Clayton and Watertown. Stationed at Drum for 5-1/2 years, and this was BY FAR the worst place I lived that entire time. Madison Off-Post should be added to the CG's list of restricted establishments, and here's why: Over the nearly year and a half that I lived at 324 Brady Road, management went through 3 or 4 maintenance guys quitting on them. There was no continuity over the maintenance requests, so each time a new guy would come do a walk-through, I would give him an ever-growing list of things that had previously been neglected... leaking fauce... read more

I had a excellent experience with Madison Off Post. They were the nicest and most courteous landlords I've had. Not only were they easy to deal with, they went out of their way to accommodate me. I'm glad I lived here.

Worst place ever to live!!! We had out transfer approved last week and now we are being told that corporate does not allow transfers anymore! That’s how this company treats people who are willing to renew their lease and who ALWAYS pay their rent on time!!! Good job people!!

Area is nice, and staff is friendly, but the response to issues is laughable at best. Twice I put in work requests and they were marked “complete” without anything being done at all. Now, a hallway pipe burst and flooded the front portion of the apartment, and I have yet to have anything done with the molding carpet in almost a week! Highly unacceptable when mold is in play, but apparently not even that can generate a timely response!
