This has been such a miserable experience. I cannot explain it all. I needed to take legal action against Lombardo homes and they did not care and tried every loop hole they could to not accommodate me. They never ever answer their phone. They are always “busy or away” I asked my building manager for his phone number and he said “no” I thought he was joking so I laughed and he said he doesn’t give out phone numbers. Bought the house in july 2025 it is now march 2026 and let me tell you poo poo the driveway cancre is flaking apart, not covered under warranty the racks in the closets came off the wall because they were not drilled into the studs cracks in the seams of my walls, one of my counters it is coming off the wall in the kitchen, i had to install my own garage door opener and my own central air unit, i wouldn't have this company. Build me a birdhouse, knowing what I know now.
