I have so many amazing things to say about the team at MSN. The entire staff is extremely responsive and helpful. Additionally, they were able to see my child a lot sooner than other providers in the area, which is crucial to getting resources and support as soon as possible. Have you ever tried to get an neuropsych eval only to be told there is an 16 month waiting list? Not MNS, or at least not MNS if you have Dean SSM insurance. Quick responses and easy to schedule. Intuitive and kind staff. My daughter actually ENJOYED her time at MNS. Both Haley and Dr. Susmaras took some additional time to share their school/professional experiences with my daughter who is interested in perusing a career in Psychology. I had such an amazing experience with Madison neurological services llc! All the staff are amazing, kind, professional and clearly care about their clients. The process set me at ease and I have a much better understanding of my son and how his brain works. I highly recommend them!
