If I could give 0 stars, I would. Madison National Life will take your monthly payments without hesitation, but good luck getting them to pay out a claim. They rely on constant delay tactics claiming they "didn't receive" medical records, ignoring emails for days on end, and making you jump through endless hoops. My claim has been dragged out since June with zero resolution or accountability. An absolute joke of an insurance company.
Madison National has no business to be in business. They lose paperwork, make a person jump through hoops and even when approved still mess up the payment. It took nearly the entire time that my wife was out of work due to her medical condition to get this pushed through. The was nearly a three month time frame with no income. If I as here husband hadn't been in the picture she would have just slid off the map. Tighten up your purse strings if you have to deal with this company. There is little help coming from them.
On Sept 18, I received 11 letters from this sham of a company (all with different reference dates) talking about loan amounts and policy termination. When I called to inquire, I got several different answers about grace periods, how to dispute, resolution process, etc. As a previous customer wrote, they refuse to create a paper trail. Terrible organization. Employers beware - don’t use this company. They will treat your employees very poorly if they ever file a claim. I currently have a claim and left a message three weeks ago asking my claims adjuster to call me as I had questions about my claim. No response, no call back, and no email. Also sent an email to her asking if she received my voicemail. No response. I have a legitimate disability claim as I’ve been dealing with stage 4 cancer. The worst experience I've had dealing with a company. Got the run around for an issue I was having with them. I will not recommend this company to anybody!!!
