On Sept 18, I received 11 letters from this sham of a company (all with different reference dates) talking about loan amounts and policy termination. When I called to inquire, I got several different answers about grace periods, how to dispute, resolution process, etc. As a previous customer wrote, they refuse to create a paper trail. Terrible organization. Employers beware - don’t use this company. They will treat your employees very poorly if they ever file a claim. I currently have a claim and left a message three weeks ago asking my claims adjuster to call me as I had questions about my claim. No response, no call back, and no email. Also sent an email to her asking if she received my voicemail. No response. I have a legitimate disability claim as I’ve been dealing with stage 4 cancer. The worst experience I've had dealing with a company. Got the run around for an issue I was having with them. I will not recommend this company to anybody!!!
If I could give this company a 0 star I definitely would. They are a scam and deny you even though you should be covered. They fight about everything and request proof of all medical records and still deny you! It is clear that they don’t like to pay off. They have a fake doctor that agrees with their scam.
