This was my second time to Madison Nails 2 and both experiences have been lovely. The ladies are very sweet and welcoming. They are gentle, thorough, and detail-oriented. It’s been easy to either walk in or get an appointment on busier days. I appreciate the calm spa atmosphere and lack of TVs.
Always appreciate their attention to detail. Salon is far quieter than the original one, which makes it more relaxing. Staff is kind and professional.
⸻ Disappointing Experience – Poor Service and Overpriced I’ve had consistently negative experiences at this salon. Not only has the quality of service noticeably declined, but the prices have also become unreasonably high. I paid $130 for a basic manicure, which is far above standard pricing for the service provided. Most recently, I returned simply to have my gel nails removed.
