AWFUL. Terrible customer service, no return calls. I was backed into by one of their clients. After numerous messages and almost 2 weeks later I get to talk to Brent. He was short and evasive. He took my statement and said "he would get back to me." Another week went by and I called him again. He called me back stating they were denying the claim because the other person involved told them I hit her! He said he had an eye witness who saw the whole thing. Years ago, I got rear ended by someone who was carrying an insurance by this company. But boy, there were such a pain in the rear dealing with them covering my damages. Really bad service. I called to ask a question and the lady who answered the phone had a really bad attitude. I can't believe they're still in business. If you get hit by someone, you better hope and pray they're not carrying Madison Mutual Insurance. This is the worst insurance I ever dealt with.

Extremely unreliable company. Sent a check in the mail with no explanation and no prior communication. Learned I was cancelled and apparently uninsured for a while! Terrible customer care.
