What amazing company. I was driving from State College to Denver after visiting my parents when; I got on the Ohio Turn Pike my calbabore came out of my breaks locking my front tire…. I almost wrecked got it into the service center by grace of God. Panicked knowing no one in the area I called the only towing open Madison. Within 20 min they came. :) The driver diagnosed my car in min it was amazing. He then proceeded to call AAA for me call trying to find the part at least a hour. Lazy rude pathetic non-professional pack of liars if you value your stuff that you have while you're making a trip pray you don't break down or have a wreck in the area of Fremont Ohio and need the service of this unprofessional tow service they left thousands of dollars of my equipment on the side of the road so they claim middle of the night no traffic God is my witness these people are pathetic and yes this is very true

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If you look at reviews BEFORE using a company, AVOID MADISON like a plague! Notice how they do not respond to any of their dissatisfied customers? They are a NIGHTMARE and CROOKS! I would give ZERO stars if that was an option. Unfortunately, I learned the hard way because I was in a tight spot and trying to remain on schedule delivering freight.
