I accidentally managed to move something in my rear door and made it so the door would not shut at all. I called, and Shaun was able to walk me through exactly what to do to get it back to normal. It only took a few minutes but it saved a trip for him, and time and money for me.
I need a new battery for my car and it jump start I was in Madison and they wanted to charge me just under $400 I was like that's bogus I'll get the ride from the hotel to Walmart and buy it myself I got a wrench that was too much

I sent Dashaun a text and he responded promptly and was available within an hour or so. I needed an alternator replaced, and I decided to have the battery replaced as well. I probably paid him a little less than what the repair garage would have charged. Plus I saved a fair bit of time and a towing fee by having him come to my house.
