They literally forgot about me after checking me in! I’m sick and went in today for some antibiotics. The lady (Kathy) was straight up rude and smartalek and would roll her eyes and sigh at me when checking me in. This kinda set the tone for the visit. All the workers were clearly rushed and apologizing about it the whole time. They clearly weren’t prepared for patients today. The whole place was a mess. Best urgent care in town. All of the urgent care doctors double as normal doctors office doctors (You can schedule an appointment or just show up). I had an illness last year that multiple different clinics couldn't figure out, and Doctor Watson immediately knew what was wrong. I've been going here ever since and am never disappointed.
Most unprofessional clinic I‘ve ever been to, don‘t waste your time and money here!!! Staff is rude and has ZERO competence. Worst doctor experience I have ever had in my life.
