I would rate zero stars if that was an option. The staff from reception to Doctor F are horrible. Beware of a stressful experience while pregnant. No communication and they take weeks to schedule important follow-ups.
No elevators and no notification that the elevators were down. No way finding signs and finally asked someone and had to wait for a shuttle to bring me up to the 5th floor, making me late for the appointment by 10 min. Then they wouldn’t see me. “Strict policy,” lol, even though the doctors have you sitting waiting for an hour and it took months for me to get this apt. They didn’t bother to check my insurance, then sent me a bill for $474 for a routine appointment. I had to call and I was able to get it worked out, but it was a clear error on their end. When I was at my appointment, I felt more like a number on a spreadsheet than a patient. Unfortunately, seems like there are no good options for women’s doctors in the city.
Great Hospital but they need to get back their valet.
