I am disappointed with the the exterior quality of my home. I purchased my home 14 months ago and have had to report issues with siding falling off my home 4 different times. The first time was just two weeks after closing. It took some time, but they did come out and fix it each time. However, this 4th time, because I am now outside the 1 year warranty, they will not come to fix the siding. Dear D.R. Horton Management, I am very disappointed with the condition of our community. We pay one of the highest HOA fees, yet we receive very little in return. There is no community center, no swimming pool, no playground, no clubhouse, and not even basic amenities like nearby shops or a convenience store. The retention pond is in terrible condition.
