I am extremely disappointed with my experience with D.R. Horton warranty department in Plain City, Ohio.But sales department is amazing. I purchased my home just four months ago, and problems started almost immediately. On the very first day, I noticed the patio was uneven and not properly leveled. I contacted the warranty department, and they came out to inspect it — but after that, no one ever returned or followed up. Sam has made the whole process about buying a home great. He goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and will answer any questions you have. I highly recommend when looking for your forever home you talk to him.
I strongly recommend working with Sam Carnicle and the rest of the D.R. Horton team. Sam has been incredible to work with. He goes above and beyond to make your home buying experience a good one (and this was my first time in the process). I can’t recommend Sam enough, he’s an excellent person to have in your corner.
I was looking in the Plain City Area for a retirement home. I met Alex Jones at the DR Horton showroom at Madison Meadows. He was professional, knowledgeable and helpful.In fact, he followed up consistently with me. I ended up purchasing a home there. Alex is outstanding in his job and is a wonderful representative of DR Horton.
As a follow-up to my review below from a year ago, I want to further say how happy we are with our one-year warranty experience. Quentin began communicating with us a few months in to introduce himself and make sure we were making a list of our warranty issues. Although mostly nail pops, there were other items that needed attention. Some could not be covered but overall, I definitely think Quentin fixed more than he had to and everyone who came was friendly and did a great job.
