As a 1st time NEW homebuyer in Madison Meadows, I have nothing but great things to say of my experience! Sam Carnicle, Shane Johnson & Joe Fink made my entire process from the initial selling phase through mortgage qualification to the final walkthrough, so incredibly easy and smooth. My wife and I just finished our homebuying process with DR Horton and Madison Meadows. We are first time homebuyers that had purchase something on a short notice. With the help of our realtor we met with Sam Emig. 30 Days later we live in a brand new home have met some very nice folks that live down the street and have immediately felt perfectly at home! Sam Emig, Conner Johnson and Joe Finks have all been very helpful and we very much look forward to our future here! Sam is the man!

Decided to build a home and went to one builder and left overwhelmed and frustrated...thought about giving up but luckily found DR Horton and Madiaon Meadows in Plain City! Alex Jones was wonderful - he took the time to explain everything to us and fully answered all of our questions. Provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process and always made us feel comfortable in our decision to build. Love the Madison Meadows community. We love our home at Madison Meadows! This was our first time buying a new build and uncertain about the process. Alex was so helpful and patient showing us the different layouts and features. He was very knowledgeable and responsive to all our questions. Alex was involved in the process from the beginning until the end when we signed the papers. We never felt like it was just another sale. We couldn’t be happier and it’s great to still see Alex in the neighborhood.
