I have lived at Madison Manor overall about 15 years. I first want to give high praises to our new Manager Victoria, she is doing a great job. She follows up on maintenance issues. She really cares and gets along well with the residents. I really hope the property owners keep her here, best manager we have had in a very long time. We have had a severe roach issues. This place is nice. New manager Shey is doing a great job, always getting things done and she will listen to your concerns. The complex its self is nice. Puzzle room, billiards room, activities room, and a nice swimming pool. Great location near Family Dollar and Walmart a mile away. If you are looking for a nice place, come here and see for yourself. I am happy with the office management we currently have.
I had a walk through last Friday 11/29/24 I was very interested, had all of the documents that I needed. The agent was there alone and wanted to get home I don't blame her as it was the day after Thanksgiving. She told me that someone would definitely reach out to me 12/02/24... this did not happen the agent was there alone again so I was unable to complete any paperwork etc. It was requested that I stop again after work today 12/03/24 to see if the property manager is in. This place has gone downhill since Evelyn left. Currently 3 people in the office and 1 if the 3 has no communication skills. The trash is never 100% removed. Roach infestation is really bad . Hallway carpets are filthy. Cigarette butts all over the ground.Fire watch, along with code enforcement has been here because of violations.
My Mom and I are residents here and I feel like our complex can use some work. New company bought us a year ago and things are not the same. Our new CSI temp, Natifa, is doing a wonderful job of communicating with the residents and trying to keep us, as residents, up to date.
