Excellent Apartment for Money I lived here for a little over two years. You cannot beat the price for the neighborhood. It's in a nice, quiet neighborhood and is in walking distance of Noble SEPTA station and several restaurants and bars, as well as LA Fitness. Karen in the leasing office was so nice and maintenance was quick to fix any issues. Only reason why we left is because we bought a house.
