Reasonable price at a great location. Never had problems with management. Sometimes noisy neighbors but that's to be expected living in an apartment. 20 minute walk to lower part of DLI, 5 minute walk to downtown, 10 minutes to fisherman's wharf. Lived here from July 2014 to November 2015.
