From the beginning of looking at Madison Maintenance and selecting them to the last day of the project, we had very positive experiences. Mike was great to work with, the project started and finished on time. The workers were very professional/friendly and willing to answer any questions we had. I recently had my chimney rebuilt by Madison Maintenance LLC of Grosse Pointe Park. The chimney looks great. The team did a super job in the rebuilt as well as the cleanup afterwards. Hosing down my driveway was going a step beyond. The 3 guys in the team were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable in their craft. I definitely would recommend Madison Maintenance LLC for any of your masonry work.

Madison has become our go-to for brick and mortar work. After some terrible experiences with other companies they have exceeded our expectations. Mike really listened to our concerns and fears about another sub-par job. Our home is 100 years old this year. In 2022 Madison repaired and tuck pointed our entire home. Thanks for repairing my old and cracked chimney. Mike was very responsive and educated me patiently with me about my options. Brickwork and top of chimney were done perfectly. The chimney cover got mangled and then fell off in a storm days after execution. They got it right and replaced it with a new covers. Finally my chimney looks as nice or nicer as/than the rest of my house.
