Nice guy, but he scratched my Rolex in two places swapping the bracelet out for a strap. Small scratches, but they definitely weren't there when I brought it in. Do with that info as you will, but I won't be back. Picture: You can clearly see that this is a horizontal scratch made exactly where the spring bar goes. Happened at swap.
Went here to speak about having a ring resized. Unfortunately we were in a rush as we had a flight to catch a few hours later and didn’t have the time to get the ring resized. However, I’d like to mention the customer service we experienced here was one of the best I’ve seen in a long time. Also, the advice we got clearly showed the experience Kevin has in this industry. Would highly recommend this place and will return if I have jewellers needs in Manhattan.
Had an amazing experience at Madison! Extremely nice and very knowledgeable. Kevin is a total beast totally recommend coming here for any repairs you need. Also great selection of watches!
This place is outstanding! They are attentive, thoughtful and really listened to what i was looking for. I only went in for a repair the first time. Definitely going to go back more! They have a wide and beautiful selection.
Kevin fixed two of my necklaces in 7 minutes flat. Incredibly kind person, and very helpful. Will be returning!
