First at all I just want to say thank you to Jenny for being so patient with me in choosing some Disney charms for my bracelet. She had a huge variety for charms and had everything in stock. She provided great customer service and was extremely informative. I purchased a silver bracelet, 5 Disney charms and a pair of earrings. If you are in the area, I recommend this jeweler store. The service is exceptional. Thanks Jenny!
Avoid this place at all costs, only when you are planning to throw your money away. I went to the store and chose a ring, asked for its details and i was trapped into this we have the anniversary and 70% discount. So i picked 1.5 Karat diamond ring then i traveled, my friend went to pay and pick it up for me, the receipt and the appraisal from store stating the size is 1.5 and the colour and no real certificate..after a hassle Isaac the one who i was dealing with asked me to give them back the ring and they will send it back... read more
