No longer answering my messages. Used to be great. AVOID.
Madison Insurance Group used to be great, Jennifer and Christy were very helpful and responsive. It seems like they're no longer with the agency, and their replacement is terrible, won't pick up or return phone calls.
Janet has left me unresponsive after emailing her for almost 2 months now.
Janet is what you need, she will go out of way to explain to you every detail and help you get saving on top of savings.
I had worked with Jennifer for years and she was great but apparently she's no longer there. I have an urgent issue with our homeowner's insurance and I called the office several times last week but cannot reach a person, I've left several voicemails yet no one has called back.
