I have been in pain for a long time. My MRI images show exactly why. I couldn't wait to go to this spine doctor finally.I brought the disk that was given to me. The doctor put up the image. It wasn't mine.The doctor looked at me saying. "I've never seen this before". I couldn't explain either. I called Madison imaging. I spoke to what I had assumed was the manager. Horrible experiemce, first thry tried to JAM me into the tube, my arms were pinched they had to lower the device, then after the procedure no Place to Change back into my clothes. absolutely LOUSY customer service, to think I had to pay for this crap disgusts me!
My experience overall is pretty good. Rebecca at front desk is one of the kindest and hard working people I’ve seen. She manages so much by herself on the other hand the other two front desk ladies are not very friendly and welcoming neither I see them helping people much. The staff at the back is really friendly and helpful as well.
