This is the smoothest move I’ve ever had, and by far the nicest complex I’ve lived in. Apartment, amenities, and community have met expectations. What you see is what you get (in the best way).

UPDATE: I received, through the portal l, that my balance owed was ZERO. I assume due to my attempts to correct the actual amount/ in addition to MSF VIOLATING THE TERMS OF THEOR OWN LEASE IN ADDITION TO VIOLATION OF TENNESSEE RENTER LAW- and yet today- I received a letter from a collection agency! …… I believe my only recourse at this time is to challenge charges in court? I have every bit of documentation showing my attempt to contact/ resolve/ hell, even pay what was rightfully due. I assume I sue for MSF breaking he term... read more
