Great community with a lot of amenities near the greenway and the leasing office staff is very helpful and friendly!
The only issue here is the trash. The trash piles up like this every single week. It causes animals and bugs. The maintenance men do everything they can to help it, but it’s how the compactor is shaped. Super gross but besides this I have had no issues living here.
I've had a great experience at Madison Shelby Farms! The community is quiet, safe, and beautifully maintained. The staff is friendly and responsive, and the location near Shelby Farms Park is unbeatable. I really appreciate the amenities and the peaceful atmosphere—highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable place to live in Memphis.
The ladies in the office, Bethany, Aaliyah, and Jessie, are wonderful! Always make you feel welcome when you walk in!
