UPDATE: I received, through the portal l, that my balance owed was ZERO. I assume due to my attempts to correct the actual amount/ in addition to MSF VIOLATING THE TERMS OF THEOR OWN LEASE IN ADDITION TO VIOLATION OF TENNESSEE RENTER LAW- and yet today- I received a letter from a collection agency! …… I believe my only recourse at this time is to challenge charges in court? I have every bit of documentation showing my attempt to contact/ resolve/ hell, even pay what was rightfully due. I assume I sue for MSF breaking he term... read more
My issues with the property are related to the management. I actually hid no issues with the property itself and enjoyed my time there. HOWEVER, on move-out, I was assessed fees that were inappropriate - I attempted numerous times to contact the management but they never pick up the phone- or answer emails. The Lease was violated by MSF in not providing a pre- leave walk through AS REQUIRED BY MY LEASE- even though I attempted many times ( dates and times documented) to schedule this walk through. I absolutely love living at Madison Shelby Farms! I’ve had an amazing experience living at Madison Shelby Farms! From day one, the staff has been incredibly friendly, professional, and responsive.
