Very patient and caring
Just recently had a procedure there. Wonderful staff! Everyone was very friendly and attentive. A special shout out to Eileen, my pre op nurse. She was so very kind, caring and informative. It made a "not so fun" procedure not that bad!
Scheduling with this place is extremely stressful. Even speaking a mile a minute on the phone you still get cut off with no ability to explain how your schedule works so you could find a day that works for you. But even when you finally do have a set date and have everything worked out guess what they call you and want you to reschedule or want you to come in early and then make you feel like crap if you don't. Clearly my procedure is not important so I'm just going to stop trying to have it done.
Had a procedure here today, and everything went extremely well. The staff was amazing. From the ladies up front, to my check in nurse, Adam the Anesthesiologist, the nurses in the back, all the way to Josh discharging me. Was a pleasant experience. (Giving the circumstances 😂 Thanks for being a great staff and putting my mind at ease the entire time. Dr, D from DDC is very polite, great manners and knowledgeable!
So having a colonoscopy done is never fun. But if you need one, Madison Endoscopy Center is the place to go. From Carrie who checked me in to Tami, Paula, Diane Jessica, and a wonderful CRNA whose name I forgot, the treatment I received was caring, competent and kind. Dr. Bowling was thorough and stopped to let me ask questions. As always, Dr. Karne was skillful and professional. They are all a blessing to N. Alabama.
