If a facility could get zero stars, this one would be a good candidate. Shockingly ignorant, rude, and lazy staff. Have watched my friend there over period of nearly 2 years and just when one thinks it cannot get any worse--it gets tons worse. This facility should not be in operation.
Abusive. Game players, not much food is given.....
