The apartments are cozy and well laid out. Sadly they are not of the quality to warrant a "luxury" title. The countertops are not stone, the caulking jobs around the sink and bathroom are amateur at best, and the roof is cracking in the bathroom and insects are often coming in through the vents, windows, and under the door. We have a "pest control" service that is included in the rent, but they are pretty much useless. The manager is good at the business side of things, but very bad at customer service. I have lived here for about a year and been super happy with my experience. Christy has always been easy to reach and incredibly helpful, even flexible with my lease while I am looking for a house. The apartment is incredibly spacious and very nice inside. There’s plenty of storage. Also, for an apartment complex, it is SUPER quiet. I literally never hear my neighbors, there’s always plenty of parking, and the grounds are always kept nice. It’s also pet friendly which has been wonderful.
