Caveat Rentor! – Renter Beware! Posted by a former tenant! Renter Beware! This apartment complex is very deceptive. It looks great at first glance, even more on a thorough walk-through. BUT, having lived in a one-bedroom with my wife for about 17 months, I found the heat very poor, the AC even worse, and the kitchenette nice to look at but almost impossible to use.
