Ppl that own apts hve to be out a lot of money to keep them up and to repair them i hve watched through the years how so many residents/tenants will move into apts and will damage them will literally tear them up and they will be repaired n tenants will destroy them again and they keep the outside horrible with trash everywhere and its sad the leasing managers need to start putting ppl out when they can't keep the grounds cleans n when they do apt inspection and things are tore up they need to evict them and that will end a ... read more
Do not move here! Very shady business going on. Trash is everywhere no matter how much you see maintenance picking it up. Cats EVERYWHERE. Mold and Mildew in spots that need to be completely remodeled but have been consistently neglected (they just paint over the green and black or just put new flooring right on top of the mildewed mess) the front office manager (a woman) has "LOST" sensitive PRIVATE resident information with no explanation or apology for her mistakes.
