Called Them Early Sat Morning, They came out without a moments notice and had the heat back on During one of the coldest winters I can remember. All I can say is THANKS MADISON HEATING & COOLING you saved my family from freezing on my daughters Birthday!!
I was having some serious trouble with my furnace. I called them since they were available on a Saturday. They made the service call and told me they would call Monday with more info (they had to see if they had the part in stock). They called back Monday and told me they didn't want to do the job and to call someone else. To their credit they did not charge me anything and gave me all the information I needed to get it fixed.
