Ronit the one who is in charge is super arrogant. Overflowing arrogance!!!! We are in the process of getting their services for my son. Unfortunately, I didn’t received the treatment that I deserved She feels just because I need their services she is entitled to her behavior. Its like you bragging on your face you need my service you wait!!! She does not have any respect with my time. There are a lot of better Home Health Agency that is professional and will treat you with respect.
Very rude receptionist, she picks up the phone and hangs up on you! Unprofessional, refused to help me. I would NOT recommend these services to anyone!
The receptionist that works on Mondays is horribly rude! She is unable to handle her job. She told me that she was too busy to repeat herself to me. She hung up on me several times. When she did finally speak to me, she told me not to call back and hung up on me again! If a person is unable to answer the phone, I cannot imagine how poorly she handles the rest of her job!
ZERO STARS!!! The receptionist there is INCREDIBLY RUDE!! Extremely unprofessional, hangs up on you even before you can say a word! No professional work ethics! I would not recommend this healthcare to anyone!!
