Gave four stars because pain management I give a 1 star review due to their doctor's insurance-based discrimination - my appointment literally consisted of about an hour waiting in the waiting room and another hour waiting after being brought back into a private room before the doctor saw me and when she did, just complained about my insurance for 20 minutes and didn't treat anything.
