THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE... THEY DID NOT REPLACE THE CARPET BEFORE WE MOVED IN, AND WE HAVE HAD SEVERAL LEAKS AND NOW THE CARET IS LITTERLY FALLING APART.. AND THEY SAID IT IS BC WE ARE TRASHY ! LET ME TELL YOU HOW TRASHY THEY ARE I SAW THE MANAGER GINA SITTING ON THE STEPS WHILE MAINT WAS WORKING SHE POURED WATER ON HER CHEST IN FRONT OF THEM !!!! I have lived here for three years. This is not a good place to live, if it wasnt for being located right next to my childs school I would have left a long time ago. The management to rude and very unprofessional. They have said they would fix the steps and never have. The pool is in really bad condition and the landlord refuses to put any money into it. The apartments are in ok condition, cupboards are old and the carpets are horrendous. The landlord refuses to replace them and insists you are to be paying to clean them but ... read more

Management is sarcastic and rude. Uses a generic lease for apartments and houses they rent. Not a very military friendly company. Would not recommend to anyone. If you contact management with a question or concern they refer you to the lease which they have not read and do not comprehend. Also does business as SMS or service and management systems. Wanted a letter from the commanding officer when presented with military orders.
