Arrived 25 minutes before the scheduled appointment. Fell short of expectations for our move in "deep cleaning," but overall decent surface-level cleaning. Reasonable pricing. Will consider other options for future cleaning needs. While cleaning the kitchen, the two cleaners spent most of their time talking about me apparently assuming I didn't speak Spanish (I do). Doesn't impact the cleaning, just sort of rude.
We decided to surprise our Mom with a deep cleaning service and steam carpet clean and the did a fantastic job. Especially happy with the steam cleaned carpets. The bathrooms, kitchen & stove were sparkling! Very happy with the service.

The cleaning was ok that's why I give 2 stars. However, they are unable to be on time. First time I scheduled them for 11.30, they showed up at 8.30. Next time I scheduled for 730am, nobody showed up and it took forever to get the scheduler on the phone (mailbox always full). They gave me half off on the price, but a different crew than requested showed up. Third time, scheduled for 730am and I called a week in advance to confirm the time. We had the deep cleaning done as we were moving out of our home and requested them to shampoo our carpet. If that was deep cleaning I would be afraid to see what the normal cleaning is. Not only was the cleaning mediocre they didn’t clean two of the 4 bedrooms because our kids were taking naps. We woke the kids up so they could clean but the 2 people that were cleaning just left without saying they were leaving.
