We moved into our apartment april 2019. For so many reasons we would not reccomend anyone to live here. We have been so disappointed with the management and maintenance team of Madison Apartments the entire term of our lease. We waited months for very simple things to be fixed. We paid an extremely high price in rent ($2500++) and even when there were safety concerns the resolution was delayed well outside of what should be accepted in a professional leasing situation. 5 star. The Madison At Glen Mills is an amazing place to live. Spacious apartments and condos. Staff is always helpful and maintenance goes out of their way to help. Pool is always clean and the neighbors are friendly. Great school district for those who have children. I get a real sense of community and it’s very safe place to live. I have been living here for almost a year now and my mothers been living here for almost 4 years. I highly recommend!!
Beautifully done. I receive immediate responses to my needs both from management and facilities. If you’re looking for a community that feels like home, look here first!
