So far, it has been an awful experience. The lease process started in the beginning of April and took the leasing office until the end of June to get the signed lease over to us. Mostly due to error on their part (not informing us of missing information, entering names incorrectly, and entering vehicle information incorrectly). The office is extremely unhelpful and unresponsive.
