A very scummy management company. Living here took some years off of my life, honestly. Over the 18 months we lived there: - We were only offered 8 month leases so that they could increase the rent at every lease renewal - The apartment manager changed 7 times - Our appliances were constantly unreliable, and when our dishwasher fully broke it took a month for them to fix it, despite us knowing the part that needed to be ordered and that it could be delivered in a couple days - Our apartment was entered with no notice, and th... read more
Kim, the building manager has been extremely helpful during move in. She responds very quickly every time I’ve had a question, and has been very kind throughout.
Constant issues with this place. Landlords entering the unit without 48 hours notice on multiple occasions, took over a month to fix our broken dishwasher, issues with package theft, and at the end, they had the gall to say that we owe them money even after we had our unit professionally cleaned at move out. Stay Away!
Francesca was absolutely amazing. She walked me through the entire process and made it so easy to move into my new apartment. She was on standby 247 7 days a week for me when I needed help and always responded within seconds. She really sets the standards high. She is a ROCKSTAR hands down the best leasing/consultant that I had the pleasure to work with. Thank you again for all your help 🙏 😃 😊 Brian Goffard
