WORST PROPERTY TO EVER LIVE ON!!!!!! I REGRET MOVING HERE!!!!!! They have rodents all over the property and by the trashcan where you dump your trash. When I first moved in it also was a roach problem. After a few months in the new apartment we then started to see rodents running in the apartment. After further examination I saw that the maintenance never did their job as far is preparing the apartment for a new move in when the carpet still lifted up and it was a gateway for the rodents to get to and from my apartment. Close to Metro, Cheaper than DC Grounds are well maintained. Rent increases yearly, also pay for water, gas, electric, mandatory renter's insurance. Close to Suitland metro Green line. Pipes produce rusty water, problems with roaches though pest control available on request. Neighborhood a little dicey, numerous packages stolen from building and no controlled access to building or parking lot.
