From the wife: I loathe doing this but I count on being able to trust businesses I deal with since I am out of state. A friend's birthday is around Mother's day I asked for a "wow" arrangement with roses, even upgrading to $70 from $60. Imagine our shock when we got pictures of the lovely arrangement with only 3 roses. What would the $60 have been?
