I had a very uncomfortable experience with a male staff who answered the phone at the florist shop early today. I was upset as he demanded the cell phone number of the nurse who was receiving the flowers before completing the order. The 1-800-Flower -staffer accepted the number to the nurses station as nurses are not on their cell phones. He repeatedly threatened to reject my order if I did not provide the number. I gave the number and he said okay and I hung up, I called back within 5 min to ask about the time of delivery. ... read more
Before you rate them , I found out that 315 Madison Ave is a Deploy / Hub where they delivered from . The mother Store is located in Brooklyn 1696 East 14ths street Brooklyn. I got my floors from them delivery by their employees. It was what I ordered. Thank you for a wonderful job and getting it on time.
Doesn't exist
This is the worst florist. I received flowers from here for my birthday and the arrangement was just a mess. My friend ordered me pink roses and the roses I got were practically dying and random shades of orange and barely pink. And it came two days early "because of the snowstorm" ... very underwhelming experience. I would not recommend to anybody.
