The florist is so nice. She is very flexible and change the whole arrangement as I wanted.
I received a very nice suprise on this valentine's day - a small bouquet of roses from my boyfriend delivered to work. To my suprise, the flowers are not fresh and look nothing like what is advertised on the website. This is a very popular holiday, and this florist did not live up to my expectations at all. I do not recommend using this Florist's services during its busy peak - my roses look like they are a week old. I hope other women out there did not experience the same thing.
THIS WAS HANDS DOWN THE MOST INCREDIBLE VENDOR EXPERIENCE WE HAD. BIlly V kept in touch throughout our entire planning process and is the most caring, creative, and talented florist we have ever met. We walk away from this wedding with not only a florist for all future events, but with a lifetime friend.
Madison Florist is by far and away the best florist in Brooklyn and one of the best in all of NYC. Wonderful service and caring staff and my wedding was perfect!
