Shahin completely lacks professionalism. I informed him I wasn’t interested in his services and he became hostile, rude, and condescending. He continued to message me even after asking him to stop. There’s plenty of realtors out there… find a better one than Shahin.
Shahin managed both my purchase and sale and he was incredibly helpful from start to finish in both instances, helping a ton with someone who was making their first purchase and sale. He’s extremely communicative, patient and helpful throughout the process and gave me great advice on a number of hard decisions. I had the experience working with Shahin, and at first, he was very professional/fast when it comes to getting information regarding of the properties that I was interested in. We agreed to schedule visit for some of the properties, and Shahin said that he would help arranged them, and his assistant would be at the visits. I've never received any other info regarding of the visit from the assistant or him for that week. And there were no visits.
