Staff is nice, when you are able to speak with someone. I Have a close family member with a painful diagnosis and getting the necessary medications to be refilled in time for proper pain management is becoming an issue. Apparently it is on the sick persons family to do all of the leg work necessary. Unfortunately , when you are caring for your loved one and trying to do your normal daily duties, calling multiple times a day with NO results is not ideal.

I am not a patient but a family member is, I’m leaving this review because this is the 2nd time this DR has left town and not called in an important prescription. The patient has called all week long to remind them about this prescription and they do not return calls. Today they finally answered and when the patient asked what to do because she’s out of her medicine, they told her to go urgent Care!! This is absolutely ridiculous and so unprofessional to treat a patient this way , a senior citizen patient at that!

I feel lucky to be alive in spite of Franklin's care. She was my PCP when I was younger and she came recommended by my preferred hospital when I was expecting my first child. My child is now 5 and I'm just now recovering enough from the PTSD caused by her incompetence to start speaking up about the mishandling of my case. We were often left waiting over 30 minutes past appointment start times, physical and mental health concerns weren't taken seriously and I was told "sleep more. Try Tylenol PM". I have been going to Dr. Franklin for over 10 years now and have had great service all these years. She has been been very proactive and thorough with my health for labs, tests, vaccines, etc. Even during my telehealth visit, she spent a fair amount of time with me and showed the same level of thoroughness as a normal office visit. I feel I am always given ample time for my visit and have never felt rushed. Great doctor!
