This place empowers incompetence. Dominic (manager) is highly unprofessional and rude. When discussing ADA accommodations for ADHD patients she made a comment "when I have people walk my office all day and it doesn't distract me" and when I responded "well that would be the difference between someone with a disability and without" she immediately escalated by raising her voice and stating "are you assuming you know anything about me?" Incredibly unprofessional, arrogant, and rude. Changing my primary physician immediately.
Staff is nice, when you are able to speak with someone. I Have a close family member with a painful diagnosis and getting the necessary medications to be refilled in time for proper pain management is becoming an issue. Apparently it is on the sick persons family to do all of the leg work necessary. Unfortunately , when you are caring for your loved one and trying to do your normal daily duties, calling multiple times a day with NO results is not ideal.
I am not a patient but a family member is, I’m leaving this review because this is the 2nd time this DR has left town and not called in an important prescription. The patient has called all week long to remind them about this prescription and they do not return calls. Today they finally answered and when the patient asked what to do because she’s out of her medicine, they told her to go urgent Care!! This is absolutely ridiculous and so unprofessional to treat a patient this way , a senior citizen patient at that!
