waited almost 2 hours and when we finally asked what was taking so long "oh i wrote down the wrong room number im sorry" how do not hear a screaming baby in a room that's not supposed to have anyone in it? how do you not notice that the signs are flipped by the door?

This is easily the worst clinic in the county when it comes to customer service. The doctors themselves are decent, but they're completely overshadowed by an incompetent front office staff. Good luck getting anyone to answer the phone for appointments or prescription requests. If you need a referral, don't expect it to happen without repeatedly calling. I had to call three separate times before anyone even acknowledged it, and instead of helping, the staff acted annoyed that they had to do their job. MyChart is never updated... read more

I am 20 and have been going to this doctor for around 10 years now and I love it the desk ladies are always kind and helpful and Lopez is so caring and understanding! Always a delight to go to the doctor even if I feel terrible cause the staff! Thank you staff!
