Went to ER 1/30/25, seen the charge to my insurance as a No Surprise billing. Contact my insurance company and was told that means they cannot charge more than what was negotiated with them. Got the bill from MEP 3/27/25 & it was exactly what they could only bill me per insurance. I paid the invoice when received online, printed the paid receipt (TG I did) today 4/30/25 I get a total phony typed out bill, nothing like the original first invoice copy asking for payment again. Yeah, like they will get another dime from me.

I really wish no stars was an option. It took 3 months to get a detailed bill from them. The people in India that answered the phone kept telling me it was problems with their printer. After finally receiving that I realized there were different doctors listed for my sons ER visit on all of their paperwork. I finally called to set up payments deciding I wasn't going to ever get a satisfactory answer out of them and they refused to let me do that since my ex-wife had taken him in. Honestly, I had great service. I went in the middle of the night (11pm) there was next to no one - so that was nice, the PA or whoever I was was awesome. I was upset bc I received a bill for an additional 20 bucks. I paid my co-pay, the rest should have gone on my insurance. but it didn't, bc it was a (professional fee). I ended up paying, but i didn't like that.

The billing department here is atrocious. Be prepared to fight for months on end and get the run around across many customer service reps over the phone and through online chat. They will tell you that they have submitted your claim over and over again while your insurance company will either receive no claim or a claim with missing/incorrect codes. We have been dealing with LogixHealth for over a year on an emergency physician claim that was paid last September by our insurance company. They keep billing us for the same thing over and over again. Every time they send us a bill we call, but they never get it corrected. Now they are threatening collections, so guess we will see what happens but we are paid in full.
