We have been dealing with LogixHealth for over a year on an emergency physician claim that was paid last September by our insurance company. They keep billing us for the same thing over and over again. Every time they send us a bill we call, but they never get it corrected. Now they are threatening collections, so guess we will see what happens but we are paid in full.
Zero stars, they send bills, threaten collection. Do not file insurance claims and the phone number goes right to voicemail. Clearly a scam.
Not an indictment of any of their providers (all of the ER docs and APPs I've seen at St. Mary's have been great!) but rather, their outsourced billing company - Ventra - and its practices. I had a stroke back in October 2023 and landed at St. Mary's. I thought I had taken care of all of the associated bills with SSM Health by about March 2024 after the charges all worked their way through insurance. Much like all the other reviews, I started getting harassed by debt collectors about a bill I never received, the invoice never showed up in mychart either. Why not just email or call to tell me there is a bill instead of sending a debt collector after me??
