I love how friendly the staff our. Very helpful, always listening to our feelings and concerns. Gina out reception is so friendly and sweet.
Right now it feels like the system prioritizes locking the doors at 10:00 over basic patient care and communication. That needs to change . If you want patients to feel like they are getting meaningful help, you don’t leave them crying and breaking down at the front door at closing time , I think initiating more caring counselors is a good first step , people who are receiving treatment are human and deserve caring staff who want to advocate and push for their sobriety, and that extends to even if they are 30 seconds late . ... read more
I just watched this facility turn away a woman who comes here every single day faithfully. Someone I personally know depends on this place to stay sober. A lot of us don’t have flexible schedules. Some people only have a short window on their lunch break. I’m one of them. I usually come between 10:00 and 11:30. I’ve seen people walk up right at 11:30 and try to open the door, and I’ve seen staff sit behind the glass and just stare as those people break down crying, knowing they now have to figure out how to not get violently... read more
I love the staff and the doctor wants you to be healthy. Dose up slow or fast to your needs.
