It’s nice to be so close to shopping and art/music venues. The courtyard has always looked nice and is a pet friendly space. Maintenance is always there when you need it too. It’s a quiet place without the crowds of partying students.
From the outside of the building they look like normal apartments, from the inside the building looks like a bomb fell on it. This place is really horrible. They don't have parking, they don't have anything, they don't even cut the little grass they have, the apartments smell very bad. What a disgusting and disgusting place, I think that should be disabled.
Moldy garbage trash apartments. ACs seem to be 10 years old with no maintenance on them. I wish upon the owners of this place to get cancer.
