The Holmes and Rahe Stress Inventory says the second most stressful thing someone can go through is a divorce. I did not have a great experience. They all believed my ex who was lying about everything. Unfortunately, I had to go to court where everything was straighten out. The truth eventually comes out, just not at Madison Divorce Mediation. If you have any contention in your divorce, I would recommend literally anything else. They will ignore the clear abuser and make it harder for the victim trying to escape with a fair shot for a normal life. The team at Madison Divorce Mediation (MDM) was incredible to work with; they guided us through an incredibly complex, difficult time with grace and professionalism and it truly made all the difference. While probably no one would have a "great experience" navigating a divorce, Madison Divorce Mediation made this challenging emotional experience feel reasonable, compassionate, and fair. I worked with Sandra, Kim and Grant , and felt that everyone's (including the kids) needs were heard and validated. Mediation was a fraction of the cost and far more collaborative than having to hire a "shark lawyer" and argue for years. Thank you for your compassion in a very hard time.

Made a very difficult situation much easier to manage. Kim and her team are efficient, knowledgeable, and fair to both sides. Having seen the seemingly endless destruction traditional divorce lawyers have perpetuated in many of my friend's lives, I would not hesitate to recommend Madison Divorce Mediation to anyone who is going through a divorce.
