Forman scream when they don’t know what’s going on, owners nice... but I was fired because the operator dug up a conduit line, blamed me for him doing it, part he decided to leave out is he did it 4 times that day and I wasn’t next to him for 3 of them. They rip out lines and take gouges out of curbs multiple times EVERY DAY. As far as equipment operators they leave much to be desired. Not that it’s being offered but I won’t work for them again.
