Please believe every negative Review!!! This place is by far the worst management team I’ve ever experienced in any apartment. Do NOT go off of just the photos on the website! I’ve had my apartment tested for mold myself and it came back positive, when I notified front office they just sent someone out to change the filter, like they do every month. Maintenance didn’t even have the courtesy to actually change it they just left it in front of the washer for me to change!! There was break ins in people’s cars at one point. Fro... read more
Beware – This Place is Horrible! If you value sleep or honesty, stay far away. Between the train blaring its horn at midnight and Home Depot receiving multiple deliveries between 1–4 AM, there is no peace and quiet here. It's a nightmare. The office staff won't tell you about any of this noise when you sign the lease, but they’ll make sure to charge you for every little thing once you’re in. I’ve lived here for the last two years & let’s just say this place is terrible. My place is now infested with nets and the office say that can’t do anything. I literally see homeless ppl hiding in the bushes outside my window. The management team is rude. Just not a good community to live in
Ms. Paprika and Ms. Jacky are very polite! They made my transition very easy and made sure I understood everything. They answered every question I had and were very informative. I really appreciate these two beautiful women!
